Fees and Billing
The fee for the 2025 Competitive Challenges Conference is USD $3,000 per attendee until September 9, 2025. The price will increase by $500 on September 10, 2025 to $3,500 per attendee.
Early Bird Price: USD $3,000 per attendee (until September 9, 2025)
Standard Price: USD $3,500 per attendee (from September 10, 2025)
Invoices will be processed and sent to the email address provided in the registration form beginning in June and on a rolling basis thereafter.
The conference fee is exclusive of sales and use tax, V.A.T. and other similar taxes or charges. Taxes or charges due, if any, are the responsibility of the client and the client will indemnify CRISIL Irevna US LLC for failure to pay such taxes or charges.
Room Reservations at The Four Seasons Boston
The discounted room rate at The Four Seasons Boston will be available until Friday, September 19, 2025. After this date, the remaining rooms within the block will be released, thereby limiting the availability of discounted rooms. Individuals will make direct room reservations by visiting their website at fourseasons.com/boston and using a unique booking code. The promo code will be available in June as it is not yet published.
In addition, attendees may call the hotel directly at +1 617-351-2036 and mention that they will be attending the Coalition Greenwich Competitive Challenges Conference.
Note: If you attempt to book a room through your firm's independent travel agency, you may not be eligible for the discounted rate. Consequently, we advise that you contact the hotel directly. Attendees will be responsible for payment of all their charges. Unless the attendee cancels by 6:00pm, 7 days prior to arrival, the individual will be responsible for their room rate plus tax for the entire duration of their stay. Attendees must contact the hotel directly to cancel their stay.
New Format
Join us for an intimate welcome reception and dinner with keynote address on Thursday, October 16, followed by a full-day event with multiple distinguished speakers and panel sessions on Friday, October 17.

Cancellation Policy
If you register for the conference but then determine you will be unable to attend, you must notify Coalition Greenwich in writing by Friday, September 12th in order to be eligible to receive a refund.
As it relates to hotel reservations, the attendee must cancel by 6:00pm, 7 days prior to arrival, or the individual will be responsible for their room rate plus tax for the entire duration of their stay. Attendees must contact the hotel directly to cancel their stay.
